Frontier Management Consulting organizes online the Entrepreneurial Competences Course in the field of Health MEDTECH edition 2021 in the periods May 20 - June 4, 2021 (series 1) and June 10-25, 2021 (series 2)

· Initiation and establishment of the business - Understanding the concept of entrepreneurship and the decision-making process, the legal framework and the management of the entrepreneurial activity according to the legal provisions;

· Development of business plans - Establishing the general objective and specific objectives of the business plan, understanding how to develop the main chapters of the Business Plan;

· Business management - Planning, monitoring and controlling the company's activity in terms of human resources and document circulation;

· Accessing business financing sources - basic principles and key aspects regarding financing a business through a financing source.

The course is ANC accredited, and its duration (in training hours) is 40 hours (20 hours of theoretical training; 20 hours of practical training)

- 1200 lei / person,

- 1000 lei without VAT for ROHEALTH member organizations,

- 10% discount per student for groups larger than 2 people
