In response to the crisis generated by COVID-19 EIT Health launches new funding, totaling EUR 60 millions, to address the crisis, through several types of actions:

1. "Pandemic Response Projects" will support start-ups, Scale-ups and SMEs that can develop new solutions and innovations, essential for the rapid recovery from the pandemic;

2. The Venture Support Instrument addresses Start-ups, Scale-ups and SMEs that have been affected by the COVID-19 crisis, with increased investment and significant cash flow problems. EIT support will help these enterprises overcome the crisis and continue their development.
