NE4HEALTH Project - INTERNATIONAL MARKET DEVELOPMENT AND OVERSEAS ECONOMIC PARTNERSHIPS

New European Electronics for Global Health and Wellbeing (NE4HEALTH) assumed to be the voice of the 27,000 medical technologies companies all over #Europe, employing 675,000 people, 95% of these actors being listed as #SMESs, employing less than 50 people. As far as the budgetary instruments are concerned, at the European level, an average of 10% of the #GDP is allocated to #healthcare, with #7.4% is attributed to medical technologies, with the domestic variation rate between 5% and 12%. Considering the European developments, the largest markets for medical devices are Germany, France, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Italy, and Spain. The general #growth of the European medical devices market is estimated up to 4.2% per annum over the last decade, with variations between 2.6% and 9.3%.
