The BIBE Organizing Committee and the IEEE Computer Society made a decision to keep the 20th IEEE BIBE-2020 Conference in place, but as a virtual event On 26-28 October 2020

BIBE 2020: The 20th annual IEEE International Conference on Bioinformatics and Bioengineering aims at building synergy between Bioinformatics and Bioengineering/Biomedical. These two complementary disciplines hold great promise for the advancement of research and development in complex medical and biological systems, agriculture, environment, public health, and drug design.

BIBE provides a common platform for the cross fertilization of ideas and for shaping knowledge and scientific achievements by bridging these two very important and complementary disciplines into an interactive and attractive forum.

Paper submission

The submissions should contain original, high quality, not submitted or published elsewhere work. Papers should be submitted electronically in .pdf format and should conform to IEEE specifications (single-spaced, double-column, 10-point font size, up to maximum 8 pages).

The original IEEE BIBE-2020 series will give a special research award ($1,000) for the best paper of the Conference associated to COVID-19 research in order to honor the loss, the heroes and volunteers associated to the COVID-19 crisis.

This award will start from this year the 20th IEEE BIBE-2020.
