ROHEALTH is a Partner in the ARCOE Project – Advancing Research Careers through Organisational Excellence
On June 23–24, 2025, the European project ARCOE – Advancing Research Careers through Organisational Excellence was officially launched in Rome, during an event hosted by Fondazione E. Amaldi.
Representatives from 13 partner organizations across 9 European countries came together to align on the project’s objectives, methodologies, and activity roadmap for the next three years of implementation.
ROHEALTH – The Health and Bioeconomy Cluster is proud to be a partner in this strategic initiative, funded under the Horizon Europe – WIDERA TALENTS programme, dedicated to strengthening research careers and promoting organisational excellence.

Developing tailored training programmes and career services, with a strong focus on digital transformation, deep tech industries, and the goals of the European Green Deal
Fostering collaboration between academic and non-academic sectors through a dedicated Meet&Match system, integrated into the virtual hub, to boost researcher mobility and cross-sector partnerships
Designing a long-term sustainability plan to ensure the virtual hub continues to operate and deliver impact beyond the project’s lifetime
