ROHEALTH members finalists at the Romanian Research Gala 2024 Edition
The Romanian Research Gala will take place on February 27, 2024, at the Bucharest National Opera, starting at 6:30 p.m. During the celebration, the achievements of the most valuable Romanian researchers will be awarded.
The second edition is intended to be the continuation of an event of tradition, by which to recognize the special merits and exceptional results in the field of research, applied projects, as well as the potential to anticipate and address the challenges of the future.
The jury is made up of representatives of governmental and non-governmental structures, with expertise in the field of scientific research.
The 11 scientific fields for which prizes of 300,000 lei are awarded, provided for by HG no. 526/2023, are:
- Științe inginerești – Premiul “Henri Coandă”;
- Matematică și informatică – Premiul “Grigore Constantin Moisil“;
- Științele pământului, mediu și schimbări climatice – Premiul “Grigore Cobălcescu”;
- Științele vieții – Premiul “George Emil Palade”;
- Chimie – Premiul “Raluca Rîpan”;
- Energie și materiale avansate – Premiul “Nicolae Vasilescu Karpen”;
- Fizică – Premiul “Șerban Țițeica”;
- Biotehnologii – Premiul “Gheorghe Ionescu-Șișești”;
- Științe umaniste – Premiul “Dimitrie Cantemir”;
- Medicină – Premiul “Ana Aslan”;
- Științe sociale și economie – Premiul “Mattei Dogan”.
