The European Innovation Council (EIC) launches the EIC Women Leadership Program: Leveling the playing field.

To support the role of women in innovation and technology, the European Innovation Council (EIC) has set up a skills and networking program for women entrepreneurs and researchers, supported by the EIC, the Women's Leadership Program (WLP).

With the Women's Leadership Program (WLP), the EIC provides a skills and networking program for women researchers and innovators of the EIC. This program aims to balance the conditions of competition in scalable mindsets and businesses by unlocking potential and breaking down barriers to success! EIC WLP will improve participants' business skills and promote their networks beyond the EIC community. In this sense, EIC aims to increase the number of companies run by women who have created and succeeded in business and to increase diversity in innovation and technology.

After receiving almost 500 applications for the "EIC WLP mentor call", the EIC is now looking for women members of EIC beneficiaries to apply to the program.

Benefits for participants:

- Participatory training sessions adapted to your specific needs;

- Network events that will help you expand your network and increase your visibility, both inside and outside the EIC community;

- mentoring scheme with a group  of almost 500 mentors, from which you will be able to select possible mentors;

- a coaching scheme that will put you in touch with experienced coaches to help you define and follow your business strategy.
