Welcome! – Institute for Active Ageing

Welcome to the new ROHEALTH member: Institute for Active Ageing

The National Institute for Active Aging is an association dedicated to promoting a healthy and active aging process for elderly individuals. Its main purpose is to encourage the adoption of an active and balanced lifestyle and to support the elderly in maintaining their independence and enjoying life throughout the aging process.

Through the projects, programs, and events it organizes, the Active Aging Institute offers opportunities to improve the health and quality of life of elderly individuals. These activities may include various physical and intellectual exercises, educational workshops, counseling and support programs, as well as access to services and resources tailored to their needs.

The association is eager to collaborate with specialists in healthcare, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other relevant organizations to ensure a comprehensive framework of care and support for the elderly.

By promoting active and healthy aging, the Institute contributes to changing negative perceptions associated with aging and fosters a more inclusive society where elderly individuals are appreciated and valued for their ongoing contributions to the community.
