Driven by the principle that anyone and anything can work better and more efficiently, Neckdei Solutions proposes an application that addresses both public institutions and private entities in order to facilitate communication between them and their main users - citizens, students, customers, patients.

F.I.P.P – Feedback for Public and Private Institutions is the digital solution that facilitates the giving and receiving of feedbacks, it includes predefined questionnaires and personalized letters whose questions contribute to the solidification of the company's values.

Like all innovative ideas, F.I.P.P arose from a necessity of its own, the lacks of which had to be covered. Thus, the cumbersome and bureaucratic process of registering complaints/petitions, but also the simple desire to say when something is going well or can be improved, led them to make everything as simple as possible.

Thus, they have transformed the arduous composition of official documents or letters of thanks or even recommendations into questionnaires predefined for the user, but customizable by the partner entities. In terms of long waiting times, it offers a solution to registration operations by simply uploading an official document from the institutions, directly in the application.
