ROHEALTH is pleased to announce that it will be a partner in the PREPARE project, coordinated by TICBIOMED (Spain), a revolutionary initiative that aims to establish the foundation to stimulate Innovation Procurement, a procedure that would allow, in particular to public entities, the combination of research, innovation and public procurement, thus creating a major impact at the level of regional development. The project foresees the development of action plans in 4 European regions - Bucharest-Ilfov (Romania), Murcia (Spain), Skåne (Sweden), Oulu (Finland) - taking into account the specific regulatory frameworks and bringing together all the actions aimed at increasing growth and competitiveness .

This project, funded by the Horizon Europe programme, aims to explore the current state of Innovation Partnerships through the stakeholders involved, to define innovation policy instruments with a demand-driven approach to achieve adoption of the results, as well as sustainable commitments from stakeholders decision policies.

ROHEALTH, together with the Bucharest-Ilfov Regional Development Agency (ADRBI), will contribute to the collection of data, their analysis and the development of a knowledge asset about the European situation in the implementation of Innovation Procurement. It will be functional for the creation of a Joint Program to stimulate Innovation Partnerships and customized action plans for European partner regions. In its capacity as an industrial cluster, ROHEALTH will promote this tool among the regional ecosystem by analyzing the obstacles and opportunities to stimulate innovation in both the public and private sectors.
