ARCOE launches first newsletter: an important step in supporting excellence in research careers

The European project ARCOE – Advancing Research Careers and Organisational Excellence, funded by the Horizon Europe – WIDERA TALENTS program, has recently published its first newsletter, providing a clear picture of the progress and objectives of this strategic initiative.

ARCOE brings together a consortium of 13 partners from 9 European countries, including 15 research and innovation organizations – universities, institutes, human resources experts and centers of excellence – who share a common commitment to strengthening the European ecosystem dedicated to research career development.

Among the project priorities are:

  • developing a virtual hub of the talent innovation ecosystem, designed to facilitate mentoring, mobility and cross-sector collaboration;
  • supporting partner organizations in aligning with the European HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) standard;
  • creating and delivering digital training modules focused on advanced technology, green innovation and entrepreneurship;
  • launching the Meet & Match platform, which will connect researchers with relevant organizations in various fields.

In this context, ROHEALTH is honored to contribute as a strategic partner, coordinating the communication and engagement activities of the ecosystem. Our expertise in the field of health, bioeconomy and innovation supports sustainable career development and institutional capacity building in the Widening regions.

We invite you to read the full ARCOE newsletter here.
