ARCOE aims to create a Virtual Talent Innovation Ecosystem Hub to strengthen human resources practices and improve career development opportunities across the research landscape in Widening countries.
The project aims to:
- Align HR practices in 15 organisations with the HRS4R (Human Resources Strategy for Researchers) standard;
- Develop and deliver digital training modules focused on deep tech, green innovation, and entrepreneurship;
- Create a Meet & Match platform to connect researchers and organisations, facilitating mentoring, mobility, and cross-sector collaboration.
ROHEALTH contributes its expertise in health and bioeconomy innovation to support researcher training, HR excellence, and community engagement, ensuring sustainable career development and institutional capacity-building within Widening countries.
