eTELEDOC aims to manage medical emergencies and to provide rapid support, useful and to the point in case of serious situations.

The eTELEDOC platform offers instant access to an emergency specialist doctor when every second counts, without intermediaries, without lost time, from anywhere, anytime, on a permanent basis, being aware that "the patient's health is a supreme law" (salus aegroti suprema lex).

The connection with the doctor on call is made in the eTELEDOC application, via video call, in approx. 21 seconds, so that any medical situation is managed quickly, correctly and efficiently. Consultations are accompanied by a medical prescription/prescription and a medical letter with appropriate recommendations.
